Culinary Matcha Pairing
This pairing includes 1 tin of our Culinary Grade Matcha, plus a Mini Matcha Cookbook: Matcha Eats. This mini cookbook beautifully showcases matcha's versatility, featuring several different sweet & savory recipes. Some of the recipes were developed in-house, while others were developed by PANATEA's NYC partners (Fika, Grass Roots Juicery, Lafayette, Maman) ... the perfect taste of New York! #MATCHAEATS.

Founders Dave and Jess are especially proud of PANATEA's rigorous quality control process. Every batch of matcha is tested and analyzed for chemical contaminants, radiation, and more before processing.
While green tea is harvested in many regions throughout the world, only Japan produces the highest-quality matcha. PANATEA is proud to work with only Japan’s premier tea farms in Nishio, which is located in the heart of the Aichi Prefecture. Due to its climate, fertile soil and fresh water, Nishio produces tea leaves that are more nutrient filled than tea leaves grown in other regions.
Rich in antioxidants, matcha is the ultimate unsung superfood. For comparison, our matcha has over 14 times the antioxidant activity of wild blueberries on a per gram basis. As the body’s cleanup crew, antioxidants provide protection from harmful free radicals, which are the molecules responsible for aging, tissue damage and even some inflammatory diseases. Antioxidants are also known to increase metabolism, control blood sugar and lower cholesterol.
Matcha’s lush color is due to its abundant chlorophyll, which is known to be a natural detoxifier. Chlorophyll increases the blood's capacity to deliver oxygen and other nutrients to cells within the body. It therefore regenerates and cleanses the body at the molecular and cellular levels.
Oh yeah, and PANATEA matcha is sugar-free and virtually calorie-free (only 3 calories per serving)!
