Matcha Banana Bread | PANATEA

Recipe contributed by Desserts De La Vie. This gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate chip matcha banana bread is a healthy snack that can be enjoyed at anytime of the day!

Matcha Banana Bread


3 scoops of PANATEA Culinary matcha

3 large mashed bananas

6 tbsp coconut oil

3 eggs

1/2 cup of honey

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats

3/4 cup gluten free flour

6 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1/4 dairy-free chocolate chips

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease two medium sized loaf pans
    2. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl and add gluten free flour and rolled oats
    3. Place coconut oil and honey into the mixing bowl
    4. Add the matcha, eggs, bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, and almond milk and mix until well combined
    5. Add shredded coconut and and mix until well combined
    6. Add (dairy-free) chocolate chips
    7. Distribute batter evenly among the two greased loaf pans
    8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown at the top
    9. Go bananas and eat up!
