Coconut Matcha Dessert Bars

These coconut matcha dessert bars by @jolenekcw are refined-sugar free, gluten-free, dairy-free and totally delicious. Give them a go! 

Coconut Matcha Desert Bars

Base Layer
1/3 cup of cashews
1/3 cup of rolled oats 
1/3 cup of shredded coconut 
1 tablespoon of Culinary Grade matcha
Coconut oil to bind 

      Blend all base layers and press into pan, then pop into the freezer for an hour. 

      Top Layer
      3 frozen bananas 
      1 cup of almond or cashew milk 
      Drizzle of honey 
      2 tbs of culinary matcha 

        Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

        Pour on top of base layer and freeze for an additional 3-4 hours. 

        Enjoy!
