Antioxidant Matcha Smoothie Bowl (Makes 1 bowl)
- 1 scoop of PANATEA Ceremonial or Culinary matcha
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- Toppings: 1 handful blueberries, 1/2 sliced banana, 1 cup granola, 1/4 teaspoon chia seeds
- Add frozen banana, almond milk, spinach leaves and matcha to a blender.
- Pulse and blend until smooth.
- Scoop out into a bowl and top with blueberries, bananas, granola and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
